Dear Abigail!
I really love that Chesterfield sofa (plastic, delatable), and I would love to show it on my blog, with a link to your page, if you’d let me?
Thank you so much for a great blog and shop!
Best regards,
Anne Linn
Love it to and would be delighted for you to mention it and link thank you
Hello! I am a HUGE fan of your blog and your design. I wonder if you still do your interiors clinic that you spoke about a while ago? On skype? I am completely stuck with decorating my basement corridor. Currently it is long, dark and horribly municipal. I am banned from using grey by my hubby!! Sadly can’t afford your design service but wonder if you can help at all? My home weirdly looks almost the same as yours but completely different of course! Check out my upstairs room which is your sitting room I think? http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4084/5220086065_d112462cb7_z.jpg I hope I hear from you! Caroline x
Hi Abigail – am a huge fan and hav enow painted my whole house’s interior in farrow&balls down pipe. I am now really really unsure of what type of curtains to choos for my living room …… It is all grey : walls in down pipe as well as the windowframes and doors ( full gloss down pipe ) and am stuck ….. Can you give me a tip ? Have sees house of hackneys dip dyed dalton rose, am considering lusious grey “ballgown-ish” silk curtains or colors as designers guilds amrapali collection …… need to make the room abit more feminine – not like an all grey bachelor pad ……
Hope you can give me a hint
Thanks, Cat von Z
If you want the curtains to pop out then anything like burnt orange, teal, a beautiful pink will look amazing, designers guild taffatta’s are cool, lime or any bright shot of colour would look fab. They also if I recall do a crumpled taffetta think the line is called arrieta from DG in olivey golds which would look beautiful. For some odd reason I tend to favour solid plain hues for curtains but that is totally a personal thing. Hope that helps.
