Maximum adorability

I first discovered Ochre about ten years  ago as a stylist constantly on the hunt for the coolest stuff in town – their beautiful suede seating cubes made waves in the design world and appeared on the fab list of many interiors magazines.  Since then they have ventured across the pond to NY (my dream of dreams so super jealous) and opened a beautiful store with eclectic home accessories coupled with their fabulous lighting and furniture. Recently I came across some images of the owners pad in New York which pretty much looks like their gorgeous store. The colour palette is soft and sophisticated and made even more divine by the beautiful chandelier. The soft grey walls set the tone and look exquisite with the palest pinks punctuated through out the space in vases, flowers and furniture.  It’s a calm oasis, fabulous elegant and serene – enjoy.

  1. My most favored palette.

    Cheers!

  2. This is one incredibly calm and welcoming space. Especially love the distressed over-scaled mirror and the contrast of the jewel-like glass in the lights and vases. Beautiful!

The ‘foxy’ mirror is utterly beautiful as well.

I have just painted my living room and hall in the same colour and it’s completely transformed my place. I love Ochre and lust after their silver leaf mirror too, I’ve actually bought some silver leaf ready to transform my mirror but it’s a lot more complicated than it looks. If anyone has any advice on how to do this then please let me know.
