No longer a room purely to sleep Style asked leading designers top tips in how to turn your bedroom into a sanctuary. Suggestions are varied including oodles of cushions, rugs on rugs, sludgy colours, sumptuous textiles think fake fur, mohair and velvet, scented candles and flowers.

this feature really caught my eye yesterday! My bedroom looks a bit like the bottom left corner, same curtains:) it quite surprised me how it resembled my own. However, the photo shows a more improved, nicer version and i was hoping if you would be so kind to show me how i could achieve this if provided with a picture of what I’m working with, also if you possibly knew where the duvet, side table etc. was from as ideas. I’ve been meaning to do more with my bedroom and haven’t really got to it
